The wind gave us a little break today. And we reaped the rewards. Anchored and jigged out in 29 feet and limited out walleyes and saugers by early afternoon. Looks like there is a big school of fish there very easy to get to about a mile and a half out. Pink and orange were the best colors and frozen shiners did the best. ...

The fishing is good along pine island and both gaps right now. Mostly drifting spinners with crawlers. Catching nice sized walleyes 8-12 feet seems best. There some fish in 28-30 feet along the Canadian line. Anchor and jigging is the tactic for the deeper fish. ...
